Role: Interventional Procedures Technologist Lead (Neuro) Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Interventional Procedures Technologists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluationsFoster a collaborative environment supporting professional growth and teamworkPerform complex interventional radiology procedures while maintaining sterile technique and ensuring patient safetyEnsure compliance with radiation safety protocols to minimize exposureOversee operation, maintenance, and quality control of imaging equipment such as fluoroscopy systemsCoordinate equipment readiness, repairs, and preventative maintenancePrepare patients for procedures, explain processes, and address concernsMonitor patient condition and vital signs during procedures, responding to changes appropriately Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology (required)Minimum of 5 years of Interventional Radiology experience and 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience (required)Current ARRT Radiography (R) and Cardiac-Interventional Technology (CV) certifications (required)Current BLS, ACLS, and Heartsaver CPR certifications through the American Heart Association (required) Key Attributes: Leadership, technical expertise in interventional radiology, patient safety focus, equipment management, and team collaboration.
