Role: Interventional Procedures Technologist Lead (Neuro) Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Interventional Procedures Technologists, ensuring professional growth and performance excellencePerform complex interventional radiology procedures while maintaining sterile techniques and patient safetyEnsure adherence to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staffOversee operation, maintenance, and quality control of imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy systemsCoordinate equipment readiness, repairs, and preventive maintenancePrepare patients for procedures, explain processes, and address concernsMonitor patient conditions and vital signs during procedures, responding to changes appropriately Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology (required)Minimum of 5 years of Interventional Radiology experience and 1 year of leadership or supervisory experienceCurrent ARRT Radiography (R) and Cardiac-Interventional Technology (CV) certificationsCurrent BLS, ACLS, and Heartsaver CPR certificationsStrong leadership, technical, and communication skills
