About the role
The Piedmont Health System is recruiting BC/BE neuro-hospitalists for their Piedmont Macon Medical location. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of the neurosciences service line, aiming to establish Piedmont as the highest quality and largest program in Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Help build and expand the neurology program
- Support the vision to become the leading neurosciences program in Georgia
- Work with neurosurgery, neurohospitalist, and neurointensivist services
- Manage a dedicated stroke/neuro unit and thriving spine and brain tumor programs
- Develop and foster the growth of the program
- Access state-of-the-art technology
Requirements & Highlights
- BC/BE Neurology
- MD or DO degree
- Applicant support
- System-wide 1:12 call schedule
- 7 on/7 off shifts
- Ability to read EEGs is welcomed
- Epic EMR integration
