As the Team Lead
- Play a vital role in the ongoing planning, coordination, and support of assigned team members.
- Collaborate with the program network manager to provide guidance and oversight for your assigned staff and services.
- Mentor, train, and support team members in clinic and community settings to ensure the delivery of individualized, trauma-informed, and culturally and linguistically competent services to adults and young adults.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Defined Education: Behavioral Science
- Substitutions: In lieu of Behavioral Science degree, provider must provide proof of 30 transcript hours in Behavioral Health studies
- Years’ Experience: Four (4) years
- Defined Experience: Health and Human Services field
- Licenses/Certifications: Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) OR eligible for QMHP certification (based on minimum and defined education above; certification on the job); DS Service Coordinator (certification on the job)
- Carry and lifting requirements: 15-25 pounds.
