As the Team Lead

  • Play a vital role in the ongoing planning, coordination, and support of assigned team members.
  • Collaborate with the program network manager to provide guidance and oversight for your assigned staff and services.
  • Mentor, train, and support team members in clinic and community settings to ensure the delivery of individualized, trauma-informed, and culturally and linguistically competent services to adults and young adults.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Defined Education: Behavioral Science
  • Substitutions: In lieu of Behavioral Science degree, provider must provide proof of 30 transcript hours in Behavioral Health studies
  • Years’ Experience: Four (4) years
  • Defined Experience: Health and Human Services field
  • Licenses/Certifications: Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) OR eligible for QMHP certification (based on minimum and defined education above; certification on the job); DS Service Coordinator (certification on the job)
  • Carry and lifting requirements: 15-25 pounds.
