Network Support Engineer L2

About the role

Onsite Role at Customer location in Bay area. Shift timing would be US shift and willing to accommodate other timezones occasionally based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Project Management services for Network deployments, including: Resource planning, Task allocation and planning, Regular project tracking and updates
• Manage project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders
• Build SOP and MOP as per the project requirements
• Study Infrastructure deployment procedures and discuss with TPMs/PgM/Planners
• Schedule and coordinate project reviews and follow up on assigned actions
• Create and maintain project schedules and status reports
• Revise documents as new issues arise and coordinate in CAPA creation
• Create and update BoM (Bill of materials) per project requirements
• Update workflows/dashboards and assign bugs as needed to Infrastructure TPMs

Qualifications & Experience

• 6-12 Years of IT infrastructure project management/coordination experience
• End-to-end IT Network infra deployment experience (Router, Switches, firewall, wireless etc.)
• Good in Communication, presentation, and Stakeholder engagement

Preferred Skills

• ITIL, PMP certification will be preferred
• Infrastructure Project Management/Coordination
• Experience in implementing Infrastructure and Networking domains
