Network Support Engineer L2

About the role

6–12 years of IT infrastructure project management/coordination experience. End-to-end IT Network infrastructure deployment experience (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless, etc.). ITIL and PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management services for network deployments, including resource planning, task allocation, and regular project tracking and updates.
• Manage project schedules, identify risks, and clearly communicate them to stakeholders.
• Build Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Methods of Procedure (MOP) as per project requirements.
• Study infrastructure deployment procedures and discuss with Technical Program Managers, Program Managers, and Planners.
• Schedule and coordinate project reviews and follow up on assigned actions.
• Create and maintain project schedules and status reports.
• Revise documents as new issues arise and coordinate in Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) creation.
• Create and update Bill of Materials (BoM) per project requirements.
• Update workflows/dashboards and assign bugs as needed to Infrastructure Technical Program Managers.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: IT infrastructure project management/coordination experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Work location & schedule

Onsite role at customer location in the Bay Area. Shift timing aligned to US shift; willingness to accommodate other time zones occasionally based on project needs.
