Network Support Engineer L2

About the role

This is an onsite Infrastructure Project Management/Coordination role at a customer location in the Bay Area, requiring 6-12 years of IT infrastructure project management experience. The role involves providing project management services for Network deployments, working US shift hours with occasional flexibility for other time zones based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Resource planning and task allocation
• Regular project tracking and updates
• Manage project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders
• Build SOP and MOP as per project requirements
• Study Infrastructure deployment procedures and discuss with TPMs/PgM/Planners
• Schedule and coordinate project reviews and follow up on assigned actions
• Create and maintain project schedules and status reports
• Revise documents as new issues arise and coordinate in CAPA creation
• Create and update BoM (Bill of materials) per project requirements
• Update workflows/dashboards and assign bugs as needed to Infrastructure TPMs

Requirements

• 6-12 years of IT infrastructure project management/coordination experience
• End-to-end IT Network infra deployment experience (Router, Switches, firewall, wireless, etc.)
• Experience in implementing Infrastructure and Networking domains
• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong team player

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL certification
• PMP certification
