Network Support Engineer L1

About the role

6–12 years of IT infrastructure project management/coordination experience. End-to-end IT network infrastructure deployment experience (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc.). ITIL and PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management services for network deployments, including resource planning, task allocation, and regular project tracking and updates.
• Manage project schedules, identify risks, and clearly communicate them to stakeholders.
• Build SOP and MOP as per project requirements.
• Study infrastructure deployment procedures and discuss with TPMs/PgM/Planners.
• Schedule and coordinate project reviews and follow up on assigned actions.
• Create and maintain project schedules and status reports.
• Revise documents as new issues arise and coordinate in CAPA creation.
• Create and update BoM (Bill of materials) per project requirements.
• Update workflows/dashboards and assign bugs as needed to Infrastructure TPMs.

Work location & schedule

Onsite role at customer location in the Bay Area. Shift timing aligns with US time zones; occasional accommodation of other time zones based on project needs.
