This position is located within the United States and offers a fully remote opportunity supporting the Network Operations (Zero Trust) business unit at the Development Finance Corporation.
Responsibilities
- Owns the Cisco LAN and WAN, ensuring a 99.9% network availability target.
- Manages all network changes through the ERB/CCB (Engineering Review Board/Change Control Board).
- Drives Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) reduction through ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Coordinates major incident bridges for network-impacting Priority 1 (P1) events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of network management experience (or commensurate experience).
- Must be available for 24x7x365 WAN/LAN operations, ITIL change and incident management, and routing and segmentation discipline.
- Must hold at least one of the following certifications: CCNP, CCDP, CISM, PMP, or ITIL v4.
- Ability to maintain a DFC Public Trust clearance.
Pay
Posted salary range: USD $124,540.00 – USD $150,000.00 per year.
