About the role
We are seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer (Tier 2) to support diverse network infrastructure, including CAN, LAN, C&T, CORE, and WAN networks.
Responsibilities
- Providing 24/7 incident diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution
- Monitoring network performance and availability
- Supporting hardware and software issue resolution and escalation
- Configuring and managing network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implementing and maintaining network security measures
- Performing routine maintenance, upgrades, and documentation
- Collaborating with IT teams to resolve complex issues and improve network reliability
- Supporting operational activities and communicating status effectively
Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP)
- Experience with Cisco equipment and network monitoring tools
- Understanding of network security principles
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills
