Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer (Tier 2)

We are seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer (Tier 2) to support diverse network infrastructure, including CAN, LAN, C&T, CORE, and WAN networks. Key Responsibilities Include Providing 24/7 incident diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolutionMonitoring network performance and availabilitySupporting hardware and software issue resolution and escalationConfiguring and managing network devices such as routers, switches, and firewallsImplementing and maintaining network security measuresPerforming routine maintenance, upgrades, and documentationCollaborating with IT teams to resolve complex issues and improve network reliabilitySupporting operational activities and communicating status effectively Qualifications Include TS/SCI clearance with PolygraphBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field5+ years of relevant experienceStrong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP)Experience with Cisco equipment and network monitoring toolsUnderstanding of network security principlesExcellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills This role offers a culture of integrity, trust, and growth, with competitive benefits and opportunities to contribute to critical national missions.
