Network Operations ASI Coordinator

Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management of intra-theater and inter-theater ASIs impacting HQ and Forward HQ USCENTCOM customers.
• Process, prioritize, de-conflict, and track all incoming ASI requests.
• Provide detailed operational impact assessments on network systems due to requested ASIs.
• Gather accurate information regarding network outages, security incidents affecting enterprise-wide services, and planned maintenance on USCENTCOM systems.
• Complete trouble tickets using USCENTCOM-approved systems and generate reports to maintain situational awareness across the enterprise.

Job Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant IT or network operations experience.
• Certification: CompTIA Security+ CE Certification.
• Education: Master’s Degree with a focus in Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study (Desired).
• Certification: ITIL v4 Certification (Desired).

Skills And Qualifications Required

• Shift Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Technical Tools: Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project).
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to make appropriate technical decisions under pressure.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and key customers.
• Adaptability: Motivated, flexible, and able to produce high-quality results in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
• Organization: Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
• Collaboration: Proven capability to work productively in a collaborative team environment.
