About the role

Architect, deploy, and operate complex network environments across various DoW clients in the Indo-Pacific. Create and employ new architectures to meet client requirements adhering to Zero Trust best practices and IC data header guidelines. Interface with key stakeholders and users, including internal delivery and engineering teams as well as cybersecurity professionals, to assure resilient data-centric delivery. Design and implement custom policy to ensure positive control of data across hybrid cloud environments. Mentor the next set of data administrators to help them grow into tomorrow’s delivery experts.

Responsibilities

  • Create and employ new architectures to meet client requirements adhering to Zero Trust best practices and IC data header guidelines.
  • Interface with key stakeholders and users, including internal delivery and engineering teams as well as cybersecurity professionals, to assure resilient data-centric delivery.
  • Design and implement custom policy to ensure positive control of data across hybrid cloud environments.
  • Mentor the next set of data administrators to help them grow into tomorrow’s delivery experts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing, deploying, and configuring network solutions, including TCP/IP, subnetting, IPv6, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, NAT/PAT, MPLS, QoS, or DHCP.
  • Experience in SD-WAN implementation with various vendors, including Palo Alto, Juniper, Cisco, or Versa.
  • Experience with hybrid networks and firewall and applicable security policies.
  • Experience with Type 1 cryptographic devices and CSfC.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering field.
  • Certifications from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, or F5.

Skills

  • Experience working in federal, DoW, or IC agency environments.
  • Knowledge of federal information security policies, standards, procedures, directives, frameworks, federal security authorizations, assessment, and risk management processes for enterprise systems.

Benefits

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
