Network Engineer I
About the role
The Network Engineer I supports the design, documentation, and maintenance of network infrastructure while providing hands-on troubleshooting for connectivity and performance issues. They manage assigned projects and research system upgrades to ensure hardware and policies remain compliant with organizational standards. To ensure 24/7 reliability for the hospital, this role also performs scheduled maintenance and participates in a rotating on-call schedule.
Schedule
Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Education & Experience
- 4-year college degree, or
- 2 years of related experience.
Certification
- Associate-level industry certifications desirable – CCNA, JNCIA, etc.
