Network Engineer I

About the Role

Provides frontline basic support (adds, moves, and changes) for the Eisenhower networking environment, which includes switches, routers, and Wi-Fi, along with support of end users dependent upon those networking services. Participates in on-call after-hours support and collaborates with other engineers for work queue assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform adds, moves, and changes for network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and Wi-Fi systems.
• Provide frontline support to end users reliant on networking services.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
• Work with other engineers to manage and prioritize work queue assignments.
