Network Engineer I
Department: Information Systems • Shift: Day • Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About the role
The Network Engineer I supports the design, documentation, and maintenance of network infrastructure while providing hands-on troubleshooting for connectivity and performance issues. They manage assigned projects and research system upgrades to ensure hardware and policies remain compliant with organizational standards. To ensure 24/7 reliability for the hospital, this role also performs scheduled maintenance and participates in a rotating on-call schedule.
Requirements
- 4-year college degree or 2 years of related experience
- Associate-level industry certifications desirable (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA)
