Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans for K-12 initiatives across various departments
  • Plan and manage logistics for professional development and special network events
  • Create and enhance Learning Team systems and operational processes
  • Oversee budget planning and management for effective resource allocation
  • Drive and manage new initiatives, ensuring effective implementation
  • Serve as a liaison between Learning Team and internal/external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Education, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in schools or organizational leadership
  • 2+ years in a leadership role with direct report responsibility
  • Proficiency in generative AI and proven strategic planning experience required
  • Strong communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders effectively
