Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans for K-12 initiatives across various departments
- Plan and manage logistics for professional development and special network events
- Create and enhance Learning Team systems and operational processes
- Oversee budget planning and management for effective resource allocation
- Drive and manage new initiatives, ensuring effective implementation
- Serve as a liaison between Learning Team and internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Education, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in schools or organizational leadership
- 2+ years in a leadership role with direct report responsibility
- Proficiency in generative AI and proven strategic planning experience required
- Strong communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders effectively
