Network Development Coordinator
About the role
The Network Development Coordinator supports the Network Development Manager in executing initiatives related to provider recruitment, onboarding, and engagement across Altais’s Networks of Care (including Brown & Toland Physicians, Altais Care Network, and Family Care Specialist IPA).
This role is responsible for coordinating outreach efforts, supporting onboarding processes, maintaining provider data, and assisting with relationship management activities to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for prospective and newly contracted providers.
This position is a hybrid opportunity in the region you're assigned to. Candidates considered for this role must live in one of the following regions: Sacramento, Riverside, Bay Area, or Los Angeles.
Skills, Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in healthcare, provider relations, operations, coordination, or related field
- Experience supporting projects, programs, or operational workflows
- Familiarity with healthcare environments, provider networks, or managed care preferred
- Preferred Experience working with physicians or provider offices in an administrative or support capacity
- Exposure to onboarding, credentialing, or provider operations processes
Qualifications
- This role requires travel in California 10-25%
- The Base Salary for this position is $56,925 - $74,520/year
