Perks You'll Enjoy5 weeks PTORemote workAnniversary gift planEmployee referral programHealth, vision, dental, and life insurance availableHSA Account401k matching Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport and promote the mission, vision, values, and principles of PowernetProvide assistance in resolving Network technology support issuesReview incident tickets and respond to end-users appropriately; resolve open tickets in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive client experienceTroubleshoot/maintain firewalls switches and wireless systemsSupport technology implementations/upgradesTroubleshoot, research, resolve and document technical problems and incidentsAnticipate and resolve problem situations. Assist in monitoring corporate technology and maintaining service level agreementsAssess available hardware/software in anticipation of current and future needs throughout all departments and facilitiesStay current on applicable technologies and bring that knowledge to team membersAbility to manage multiple activities and tasks simultaneouslyAnswering help desk phones and documenting issuesMonitoring, researching, and resolving to alert messagesAssist Engineering teams with projects and implementationsAbility to periodically assist on installations and deploymentsRotational On call Responsibility Education, Experience and Skill RequirementsHigh School Degree or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred.1-3 years of relevant experienceExperience in troubleshooting/maintaining network environmentsOutstanding customer serviceTroubleshooting wifi connection issuesCreating Vlans, LAGs, and switch stacksCreating and securing firewall policies Experience debugging of firewall trafficExperience reading wireshark dataTroubleshooting static and dynamic routingKnowledge of cabling and wiringBuilding and troubleshooting IPSec vpn tunnelsExperience with Firewall and switch CLI and conceptsFortinet, Ruckus experience preferred. Must possess a valid drivers license
