# Systems/Network Administrator **Daytona Beach, FL | 100% Onsite**Direct Placement | $75,000–$85,000/year Our client, a national home builder, is seeking a Systems/Network Administrator to support the company's network, server, communications, and end-user technology infrastructure. This is a hands-on infrastructure position focused on maintaining reliable and secure technology systems, troubleshooting network and server issues, supporting users, and coordinating with vendors. ## Responsibilities * Administer company servers and infrastructure services.* Monitor WAN, LAN, VPN, and SD-WAN connectivity.* Troubleshoot network, server, and connectivity issues.* Review system and network logs, alerts, and performance information.* Install and document approved patches, updates, and upgrades.* Support Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.* Support cybersecurity initiatives, access controls, and user administration.* Monitor backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.* Maintain infrastructure documentation, configurations, and hardware/software inventories.* Provide end-user technical support.* Support business telephone and voicemail systems.* Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers.* Travel between company communities and divisions to troubleshoot issues or install/move equipment.* Make infrastructure recommendations to improve security, reliability, and performance. ## Qualifications * 3+ years of experience administering network and server environments.* Experience with TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.* Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 or comparable platforms.* Experience supporting network and server infrastructure.* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.* Experience providing help desk or end-user technical support.* Strong communication and documentation skills.* US Citizen or Green Card holder.* **Must be local to the Daytona Beach area and able to work 100% onsite.** Experience with SD-WAN, Citrix, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, business phone systems, structured cabling, backup/recovery, and cybersecurity is a plus. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent education, training, certifications, and experience. This is a permanent direct-placement opportunity with a salary of $75,000–$85,000/year
