Welcome to BeeKind ABA Therapy, where we're all about making a difference in the lives of children and their families through compassionate and ethical ABA services. Our ABA program focuses on social, communication, and daily living skills.

Pay

We offer a competitive pay range of $18 - $25 per hour based on educational background and experience. All BeeKind staff can increase pay opportunities through professional development, performance, and paid remote training.

Schedule

3:00 pm - 7:00 pm Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, In-Home, Locust Grove, GA. All BeeKind cases are Monday through Friday. Sessions last up to 3-4 hours per case with no weekend work.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will spend your days providing one-on-one ABA services to our clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Your sessions will be tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. You will:

  • Collect data during each session to track progress
  • Write detailed session notes to document development

Requirements

  • 40-hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills
  • Valid RBT certification
  • Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
  • Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
  • Comfort working in various settings and with different clients (previous in-home experience a plus)
