Responsibilities
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy and small group ABA interventions in a clinical environment under BCBA supervision.
- Apply safe, effective crisis intervention and prevention techniques for all clients.
- Aid BCBAs in conducting ABA assessments and revising behavior treatment plans according to ABA methodologies.
- Collect and record accurate data to track client progress toward treatment goals.
- Achieve a minimum of 80-90% billable hours relative to total hours worked each week.
- Prepare detailed progress reports documenting client advancements.
- Co-facilitate family training sessions to promote skill generalization across settings when appropriate.
- Implement behavior interventions following evidence-based industry standards and best practices.
- Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Code of Ethics.
- Document work hours accurately using designated platforms, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Complete insurance billing, documentation, and charting promptly to support reimbursement processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment by regularly sanitizing toys and equipment.
- Enforce clinic policies and procedures for clients and adults on site.
- Participate in required clinical meetings and trainings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Registration with the State of Nevada is required.
- Demonstrated experience implementing behavior analytic treatment plans, data collection, and documentation.
- Experience with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges.
