Seeking collaborative Nephrology Physicians to join a newly established, physician-led, comprehensive health and wellness clinic in Northeast Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert nephrology care within a team of primary care physicians and specialists, focusing on patient-centered treatment, and utilizing top-tier technology resources.
• Offer in-house services such as lab work, mental health support, social services, and nutrition guidance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Board certification or eligibility in Nephrology
• Strong collaboration skills
• Commitment to comprehensive patient care

Key Duties

• Deliver specialized nephrology consultations and management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in continuous education and quality improvement initiatives
