Nephrology Physician

About the role

We are seeking a Medical Director for a Kidney Transplant Program to lead clinical, administrative, and outreach efforts in a growing region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of ESRD patient care before and after transplant
• Build relationships with nephrology communities
• Ensure compliance with regulations for transplant evaluation and management
• Guide program policies, performance, and outcomes
• Participate in or develop research aligned with program goals
• Direct inpatient and outpatient clinical care, including evaluations and post-transplant management
• Collaborate on regulatory compliance
• Drive education, quality assurance, and community outreach initiatives

Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility in nephrology
• Completion of transplant nephrology fellowship or equivalent
• Qualification as Primary Transplant Physician under UNOS Bylaws
• Unrestricted medical licensure in India
• Strong decision-making and communication skills
