Nephrology Physician

We are seeking a Medical Director/Primary Nephrologist for a kidney transplant program in Northern Indiana. Key Responsibilities Include Providing clinical care for ESRD patients, including pre- and post-transplant evaluations, inpatient consultations, and donor assessments.Leading administrative duties to ensure compliance with regulations such as OPTN/UNOS, CMS, and DOH, in collaboration with the Program Director and Transplant Administrator.Building relationships with the nephrology community regionally and nationally through outreach efforts.Overseeing program policies, performance, and quality assurance related to transplant patient management and donor care.Participating in or developing research aligned with program goals. Qualifications Board certified or eligible in nephrology.Completed transplant nephrology fellowship or equivalent training.Qualified as Primary Transplant Physician under UNOS.Unrestricted medical license in Indiana.Strong decision-making and communication skills.
