About the Role

A Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) designs and implements sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales objectives, cultivates strong relationships with prospective homebuyers, and guides clients through the entire sales journey. The role involves collaborating with the Neighborhood Construction Manager and New Home Consultants, conducting market research, ensuring marketing materials are accurate, and maintaining precise records in CRM software. Exceptional customer service and advocacy for First Heritage Mortgage as the preferred lender are key priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective homebuyers.
  • Guide clients through the sales process, following established homebuyer experience procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Neighborhood Construction Manager and New Home Consultants.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed on trends and competitors.
  • Ensure point-of-sale and marketing materials are accurate, up-to-date, and compelling.
  • Maintain precise records of sales activities, including leads, follow-ups, and closed deals in CRM software.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing concerns or issues.
  • Promote First Heritage Mortgage as the lender of choice for homebuyers.

Requirements

  • At least three years of proven experience in new home sales for a production builder.
  • Available to work weekends.
  • Excited to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening, confidence, and respect.
  • Ability to maintain complete data tracking.
  • Minimum capture rate of 80%.
