About the role

We are looking for an NCS Regional Contract Officer to join a team delivering the National Citizen Service (NCS) to a Contract Package Area (CPA). Responsibilities include recruiting young adults and staff, organizing and delivering outstanding programme content, and providing gold-standard customer service to all young people and parents. The role focuses on exceeding minimum contractual KPIs, maximizing cost-effective operations, and ensuring safe, positively impactful NCS delivery within the CPA.

Location

1 full-time role in Yorkshire, likely based in Skipton and Bradford.

Responsibilities

• Recruit young adults and staff for NCS programmes.
• Organize and deliver outstanding programme content.
• Provide gold-standard customer service to young people and parents.
• Exceed minimum contractual KPIs and maximize cost-effective working.
• Ensure safe and positively impactful NCS delivery within the CPA.

Pay

£21,840 per annum.
