NCC Intern

About the Role

Murphy USA is seeking an NCC Intern to assist Murphy USA sites that call the National Contact Center for support. This role involves handling technical or mechanical issues, including legitimate emergencies, by either resolving problems directly, guiding callers through solutions, or escalating to an Assistant Manager or vendor.

Responsibilities

• Assist Murphy USA sites via phone calls to the National Contact Center for technical or mechanical support.
• Address and resolve issues, including emergencies, independently or with caller assistance.
• Escalate complex problems to Assistant Managers or vendors when necessary.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to learn quickly.
• Team player mindset.
