Responsibilities

• Conduct initial interviews to understand client needs
• Explain all available insurance policy options clearly and thoroughly
• Perform field underwriting with integrity
• Ensure all necessary forms are completed and submitted
• Arrange payment methods for clients
• Follow up on claims filed by clients
• Process all insurance policy requests
• Follow up with clients on a regular basis for ongoing support
• Support and train team members to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Become an expert in senior insurance solutions
• Adhere to approved guidelines, training, and support for recruiting and training insurance professionals
• Create a competitive, inclusive, and supportive work environment
