About the role

Responsibilities

• Determine client needs through initial interview.
• Explain all available insurance policy options clearly and thoroughly.
• Conduct field underwriting with integrity.
• Ensure all necessary medical and other forms are completed and submitted.
• Arrange a payment method with the applicant.
• Follow up on claims filed by clients.
• Process all insurance policy requests.
• Follow up with clients on a regular basis for ongoing support.
• Support and train team members to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Become an expert in senior insurance solutions.
• Adhere to approved guidelines, training, and support to recruit and train insurance professionals.
• Maintain a competitive, inclusive work environment.

Benefits

• Rewarding salary range: USD $50,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
