Navajo Remote Interpreter

About the role

Certified Languages International (CLI) seeks telephonic interpreters to support their high-volume client base. Positions are 100% over-the-phone and available for work-from-home candidates. Services are needed 24/7 across various industries including medical, insurance, financial, utility, customer service, and state courts.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and unbiased interpretation services over the phone.
• Interpret in multiple languages for diverse clientele.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Log on/off using CLI's online portal or landline telephone.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Valid Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number (EIN).
• Photo ID required for verification.
• Reside in the United States.

Pay

Payment is on a per-minute basis, with interpreters paid for every minute spent on the phone interpreting. Payments are issued twice monthly, on the 15th and last day of each month via direct deposit.

Interpreters are expected to work 24/7, accommodating the needs of CLI's diverse client base. Schedules are flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate personal commitments.
