About the role
Certified Languages International (CLI) seeks telephonic interpreters to support their high-volume client base. Positions are 100% over-the-phone and available for work-from-home candidates. Services are needed 24/7 across various industries including medical, insurance, financial, utility, customer service, and state courts.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and unbiased interpretation services over the phone.
- Interpret in multiple languages for diverse clientele.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Log on/off using CLI's online portal or landline telephone.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Valid Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number (EIN).
- Photo ID required for verification.
- Reside in the United States.

Pay

Interpreters are expected to work 24/7, accommodating the needs of CLI's diverse client base. Schedules are flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate personal commitments.
