Key Responsibilities
- Travel to LV Petroleum locations nationwide to train staff and develop local leadership teams
- Support new location openings, transitions, and underperforming shops
- Evaluate operations and implement process improvements aligned with LV Petroleum standards
- Provide hands-on coaching in daily operations, customer service, and team management
- Ensure compliance with LV Petroleum policies, procedures, and performance expectations
- Aid in staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization
- Step in as acting manager or leadership support when needed
- Build strong, professional relationships across multiple teams and locations
Requirements
- Travel Requirements: Extensive nationwide travel required, typical assignments last approximately 2-3 weeks per location, flexibility to travel on short notice based on business needs
- Qualifications: Proven experience in shop management or multi-unit operations, strong leadership and team development skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly adaptable and comfortable working in changing environments, willingness to travel frequently and extensively, experience in training or coaching teams strongly preferred
