Responsibilities
- Analyze portfolio performance across reputation, resident experience, pricing, and operational data to identify trends and actionable business insights.
- Develop executive-level reporting, presentations, and case studies that influence operational strategy and client decision-making.
- Partner with regional, national, and onsite teams to translate data into practical recommendations that improve performance.
- Develop training materials, communication resources, and change management initiatives that support adoption of new strategies and technology.
- Champion implementation and ongoing optimization of platforms including RaMI, J Turner Research, SOCi, Consumer Fusion, ApartmentIQ, and related technologies.
- Partner with Marketing and Operations to ensure compliance with applicable FTC guidance related to online reviews and reputation management.
- Build relationships across the organization while serving as a trusted advisor to operational leaders.
- Present findings at leadership meetings, conferences, client presentations, and training events.
- Support business development initiatives through client-facing presentations and strategic storytelling.
- Manage departmental operational priorities, including technology partner relationships, knowledge-sharing initiatives, departmental communications, and quarterly strategic goals.
- Travel approximately 40% to support onsite collaboration, leadership meetings, conferences, and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree a plus.
- Five or more years of experience leading projects, programs, or business initiatives in a results-driven environment.
- Experience in multifamily property management, real estate operations, or a closely related field strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings to executive and operational audiences.
- Comfortable presenting to large audiences (up to 600 attendees) at leadership meetings, conferences, and training events.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
- Proven ability to build new processes, improve existing workflows, and drive organizational change.
- Experience working with reputation management, customer experience, pricing, or business intelligence platforms such as J Turner Research, ApartmentIQ, RaMI, SOCi, Consumer Fusion, Yardi, or similar systems preferred.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Naturally curious with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for turning data into meaningful business outcomes.
