Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 8-10 sales representatives across inside sales and geographically distributed field
- Drive team performance to achieve 100%+ of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions focused on performance improvement and development
- Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and proposal development
- Maintain clear performance expectations, accountability systems, and communication rhythms
- Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting across the sales organization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and production to ensure alignment on delivery timelines and customer commitments
- Gain working knowledge of OEM procurement and vehicle conversion processes to support team success and customer conversations
- Manage forecasting and inventory of chassis
- Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and industry events as needed
Must Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience, managing a team of 5+ sales reps
- 5-8+ total years in a sales role in automotive, powersport or adjacent industry
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives
- Demonstrated success driving team performance against quotas and revenue targets
- Experience in automotive, powersports, or closely related industries
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to set expectations and hold teams accountable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
Preferred Qualification
- Strong understanding of automotive or related industry fleet procurement process and Automotive OEM
- Experience in Automotive OEM / dealer networks / fleet / commercial vehicle sales
- Powersports industry
- Vehicle upfitting or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity With OEM procurement processes
- HubSpot (CRM)
- NetSuite or similar ERP systems
