National Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 8-10 sales representatives across inside sales and geographically distributed field
  • Drive team performance to achieve 100%+ of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions focused on performance improvement and development
  • Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and proposal development
  • Maintain clear performance expectations, accountability systems, and communication rhythms
  • Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting across the sales organization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and production to ensure alignment on delivery timelines and customer commitments
  • Gain working knowledge of OEM procurement and vehicle conversion processes to support team success and customer conversations
  • Manage forecasting and inventory of chassis
  • Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and industry events as needed

Must Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience, managing a team of 5+ sales reps
  • 5-8+ total years in a sales role in automotive, powersport or adjacent industry
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives
  • Demonstrated success driving team performance against quotas and revenue targets
  • Experience in automotive, powersports, or closely related industries
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to set expectations and hold teams accountable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience

Preferred Qualification

  • Strong understanding of automotive or related industry fleet procurement process and Automotive OEM
  • Experience in Automotive OEM / dealer networks / fleet / commercial vehicle sales
  • Powersports industry
  • Vehicle upfitting or manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity With OEM procurement processes
  • HubSpot (CRM)
  • NetSuite or similar ERP systems
