About the role
We are seeking a proactive and energetic sales professional to manage sales efforts across multiple regional hotel properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding local market trends and developing creative strategies to exceed sales targets and profit margins.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Prospect new customers through solicitation and networking
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- At least three years of experience managing sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
