Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets across OEM and emerging markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM accounts and channel partners
- Identify and develop new market opportunities for SWI products
- Understand customer process applications and work closely with internal engineering teams to propose optimal solutions
- Negotiate pricing and implement volume discount strategies while ensuring margin protection
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies proactively
- Provide technical guidance and product expertise to customers and partners
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 7 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in process instrumentation or related sectors
- Proven track record of selling to key accounts and developing new markets
- Strong understanding of industrial process applications and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
- Excellent negotiation and strategic pricing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel up to 30% nationally
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
