Responsibilities
- Drive national revenue growth through direct sales execution, strategic account leadership, and high-value business development.
- Manage a national portfolio and deliver against aggressive revenue targets by managing complex sales cycles and securing large-scale, strategic partnerships.
- Translate organizational sales strategy into actionable territory plans, contribute to the refinement of broader go-to-market approaches through deep market insight and customer engagement.
- Own and expand relationships with key clients, executive stakeholders, and strategic partners across multiple markets.
- Lead sophisticated sales engagements, structure and negotiate complex agreements, and identify opportunities to grow long-term account value.
- Operate at a consultative level, aligning solutions to client business needs while positioning the organization as a trusted partner.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, finance, and operations to ensure alignment on sales initiatives, optimize the customer experience, and drive successful execution of national sales priorities.
- Maintain full ownership of pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and performance tracking.
- Stay highly attuned to industry trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer needs, using this insight to proactively identify growth opportunities and sustain a strong market position.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry or market, minimum 7+ years.
- Experience with national insurance broker relationships required.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
