National Recruitment Manager

Job Summary

As a National Recruitment Manager on our team, you’re not just filling roles - you’re connecting people to work that matters. You will be compensated at $50,000 with an uncapped commission potential.

A Day In The Life

• Source top talent through referrals, database searches, networking, and competitor insights
• Share what makes our business line unique to spark candidate interest
• Interview candidates, verify credentials, and ensure alignment with hiring criteria
• Negotiate pay packages that balance candidate needs and company goals
• Secure acceptance from both candidates and clients to finalize placements
• Stay connected with placed employees, supporting payroll, resolving issues, and promoting retention
• Meet and exceed hiring goals, performance standards, and productivity expectations
• Build long-term relationships and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Continuously grow your recruiting skills through networking and professional development

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required
• Ability to attract top talent while using technology to build networks
• Action-oriented and results-driven – frequently exceeding KPIs

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year relevant recruitment experience or business to business sales experience

Pay & Schedule

• Compensation: $50,000 with an uncapped commission potential
• Trainee Compensation: $20.24/hr during the training period (typically first 13 weeks of employment)
