About the role

The Director, Clinical Solutions and Licensing, will lead the organization’s strategy and execution for the commercialization of AI-enabled content and solutions, as well as for electronic health record (EHR) partnerships. This role provides senior-level leadership across partnership development, licensing strategy, and enterprise deal execution, with a focus on scalable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define alliance and licensing strategy
  • Negotiate complex commercial and licensing agreements
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with product, legal, and technology teams to support successful integration, compliance, and adoption
  • Oversee the customer success team to ensure ongoing sales

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health-IT–adjacent organizations, with increasing responsibility across partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercialization function

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience

Pay

The expected pay range is $135,000 to $145,000. Geographic differentials may apply.
