About the role
The National Events & Education Program Manager position is the operational engine that drives Keune’s education and events, ensuring experiences are delivered with care and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- National Event Leadership
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of national education events
- Own timelines, logistics, and operational readiness from concept to completion
- Ensure event environment reflects Keune’s premium brand standards
- Cook up venue, vendors, materials, and on-site execution
- Serve as a key operational leader during live events
- Education Systems & Infrastructure
- Own EMS (Education Management System) accuracy and integrity
- Maintain educator calendars, bookings, and class tracking
- Ensure visibility of education activity across the organization
- Support reporting, tracking, and performance insights
- Help build scalable systems that support long-term growth
- Educationist Experience & Coordination
- Act as a central point of coordination for educator logistics and communication
- Support onboarding, scheduling, and alignment of educator assignments
- Ensure educators are supported, and set up for success
- Reinforce consistency in communication, expectations, and experience
- Content & Asset Stewardship
- Maintain organization and accessibility of education assets (SharePoint, decks, tools)
- Ensure all materials are current, aligned, and easy to access
- Support preparation and distribution of content for events and training
- Uphold quality and consistency across all education materials
- Cross-Functional Partnership
- Align timelines, messaging, and execution across teams
- Support major initiatives including Keune Academy, National Training, and future programs
- Serve as a connector across departments to ensure seamless delivery
- Operational Excellence & Refinement
- Continuously refine processes, tools, and workflows
- Support systems such as Planner and the National Events Command Center
- Identify gaps and proactively implement improvements
- Drive consistency, efficiency, and clarity across all operations
- Post-Event Impact & Continuous Improvement
- Track attendance, feedback, and key insights
- Maintain organized records and reporting
- Support post-event recaps and learning loops
- Contribute to ongoing evolution of the education experience

- Experience & Background
- 3 years in event coordination, education operations, or similar role
- Experience with scheduling systems, project management tools, or EMS platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously
Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift, transport, and set up product, banners, signs, etc. for events.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
- Setting up and tearing down the venue sites.
- Able to travel and fulfill the demands of regional travel schedules is required which is approximately 25% - 30%.
- Required to be ambulatory to move around freely between buildings, and between levels within buildings.
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate may be occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals associated with office work.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually normal.
Work Environment
- Hybrid / remote (Atlanta area) with travel
- Event, studio, and salon environments
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
