National Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

Monarch is immediately hiring a National Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead their crew based in the Omaha, Nebraska area. The position involves travel throughout the Midwest for Monarch, assisting at apartment communities in Nebraska and surrounding states. 50% travel is expected nationwide.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual Salary: $65,000

• Raises: Up to 5% annually

Qualifications

• Strong preference for HVAC EPA or CPO certification

• 7+ years’ experience in maintenance, including 5 years' in apartment maintenance

• Skills in dry walling, including painting and carpentry

• Experience with plumbing, including sweating copper pipe

• Knowledge of electrical work, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures

Additional Information

Position requires no on-call shifts, 3 weeks on, 1 week off schedule, and no weekends. Additional compensation includes $50/day per diem for overnight travel.
