About the role

The National Accounts Analyst role offers broad exposure to asset management, platform strategy, client servicing, and cross-functional collaboration while providing a strong foundation for career growth within National Accounts. You will support strategic home office relationships, platform distribution initiatives, and business analytics across major intermediary channels. This position is designed for professionals eager to build expertise, develop industry credentials, and progress into increasingly client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales, asset flow, platform activity, and market data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities and support business development initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, territory reviews, and performance analytics for National Account Managers and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and coordinate client-ready materials including presentations, business reviews, product updates, reporting packages, and platform-related deliverables.
  • Support due diligence processes by coordinating requests, gathering data, completing questionnaires, and maintaining accurate submission records.
  • Maintain customer relationship management records, platform data, pipelines, client interactions, and activity tracking to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, conferences, due diligence sessions, agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other teams to deliver business priorities and ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Build expertise in investment products, intermediary distribution channels, analytics, and client service.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in financial services with a demonstrated interest in financial markets and asset management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Knowledge of investment products including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, separately managed accounts, model portfolios, and alternative investments is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with willingness to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or data/reporting tools.
  • Basic understanding of investment products and financial markets.
  • Interest in pursuing a long-term career in National Accounts, sales, or relationship management.
  • Exposure to data tools, analytics, or AI-enabled workflows (preferred but not required).

Schedule

This is an in-office role requiring at least four days per week on-site, with flexibility to work from home one day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different expectations, which will be discussed during the hiring process.

Pay

The estimated base salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year. Initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. Most roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.
