About the role
Provide outsourced accounting service and work as book-keeper to maintain accounts of Singapore based SME clients through Autocount accounting software.
Responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping, data entry and document management.
- Input data from scanned vouchers, invoices, bank statements into the accounting software according to their respective categories with the objective of creating monthly management accounts.
- Work on final accounting adjustments of clients during financial year end.
- Review your work done with the Accounting Manager to ensure data entry is correct and in line with the IFRS accounting standards.
- Support the Accounting Manager in day-to-day tasks.
- To undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Able to submit work of satisfactory quality within the stipulated deadlines.
- Perform any other task assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in accounting
- Skills: accountants, simply accounting, accounting software, use of accounting software, proficiency in accounting software, accounting, knowledge of accounting software, company secretarial work, myob, back office operations
