Responsibilities
- Aid in the processing and setup of season ticket, group and individual match ticket accounts
- Offer support during game days for ticket resolution, customer service, and will call
- Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with all Ticketmaster Client Support Staff
- Manage complex payment plans, address chargebacks, and collaborate with the Ticket Services department for account compliance
- Support the creation of price codes, plans, promotional codes, and other Archtics programming needs
- Promote a positive, high-performance culture within the Ticket Operations department, fostering good relations with all other departments
- Assist in executing Club events such as games, Season Ticket Member functions, and other club events
- Contribute to the development of all online sales processes, including single game, group, and season ticket sales
- Act as a primary point of contact for elevated customer service issues on match day
- Handle will call responsibilities and assist with ticket troubleshooting on match day
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Ticket Operations or other Ticketing Leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience
- Ticket Operations background
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, team-oriented, and effective communication abilities
- Proficiency in operating Archtics Ticketing System and Salesforce CRM
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiasm for contributing to the success of the department and Club in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish) speaker is a plus, but not required
