Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to assess property conditions and identify maintenance needs
- Maintain property aesthetics and ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing on-site staff
- Supervise marketing efforts to attract new residents and ensure timely leasing processes
- Manage resident relations: address concerns, resolve complaints, and improve retention rates
- Oversight financial operations, including daily collections and budget management
- Train and guide staff to foster a collaborative and productive working environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and all permits
- Regularly inspect vacant and make-ready units to guarantee quality readiness for new residents
Requirements
- A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a similar role
- Bilingual abilities are considered an asset
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and social media platforms is preferred
- Background screening and valid ID CAM or CAPS certification is a plus
