Nashville Community Manager

Key Responsibilities

• C conduct daily walkthroughs to assess property conditions and identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain property aesthetics and ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing on-site staff.
• Supervise marketing efforts to attract new residents and ensure timely leasing processes.
• Manage resident relations: address concerns, resolve complaints, and improve retention rates.
• Oversight financial operations, including daily collections and budget management.
• Train and guide staff to foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and all permits.
• R regularly inspect vacant and make-ready units to guarantee quality readiness for new residents.

Requirements

• A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
• Bilingual abilities are considered an asset.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and social media platforms is preferred.
• Background screening and valid ID required.
• CAM or CAPS certification is a plus.
