About the role

The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) is seeking a Marketing Innovation Associate Brand Manager for the Popsicle brand. As part of the Kids Adventure cluster, this role will drive innovation, communication, and strategy across the North American business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage innovation pipeline with a cross-functional team to ensure timely and full launches of packaging, product, and customer demands.

  • Lead consumer research by partnering with Insights team to conduct research on new innovations, communication assets, and product concepts.

  • Closely partner with Operations marketing team to ensure flawless execution in the market.

  • Write and develop culture-driven communication materials for creative agency briefs and lead the creation of final assets.

  • Lead Popsicle co-brand strategy work and manage relationships with co-brand partners, including forecast accuracy and contract negotiations.

  • Day-to-day management includes budget and invoice management, running and conducting market analysis to understand trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus.

  • 3-5 years' experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in CPG.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Understanding of digital and e-commerce.

  • Clear demonstration of successful, consistent delivery to the business.

  • Clear demonstration of project management & leadership skills.

  • Experience working with agencies and media partners.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to deliver both verbal and written communication in a simple, compelling manner.

  • Ability to think strategically, both from a brand and portfolio view.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. The company also offers bonuses and a variety of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance, and disability benefits.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with an international assignment not available for this role. Relocation for local and international candidates is not provided.
