N1 Photo Equipment Technician

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the ATMC Photolithography Equipment area.
• Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment including troubleshooting and repair for AMSL TWINSCAN, ASML 5500, TELACT8, LITHIUS, LITHIUS PROZ.
• For electrical/electronic systems, pneumatic and mechanical systems, perform scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and other relevant activities.
• Complete documentation and train others on equipment maintenance.
• Communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills.
• Stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours) and be physically able to do so, occasionally stoop and crawl in confined spaces.
• Lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Education: AS, AAS in electronics or other industrial engineering, or related field preferred. AA degree in Electronics or related discipline and 5 years technical maintenance experience may be acceptable.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the semiconductor industry, minimum 5 years in the Photolithography area.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, solid understanding of SPC and FDC, ability to interact with all Operations and Engineering personnel, and ability to interface with other internal and external groups to ensure safety, performance, and reliability requirements are satisfied.
