Primary Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the ATMC Photolithography Equipment area.
- Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment including troubleshooting and repair for AMSL TWINSCAN, ASML 5500, TELACT8, LITHIUS, LITHIUS PROZ.
- For electrical/electronic systems, pneumatic and mechanical systems, perform scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and other relevant activities.
- Complete documentation and train others on equipment maintenance.
- Communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills.
- Stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours) and be physically able to do so, occasionally stoop and crawl in confined spaces.
- Lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Education: AS, AAS in electronics or other industrial engineering, or related (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the semiconductor industry, minimum 5 years in the Photolithography area.
- Knowledge: Specific knowledge of Maintenance job functions, excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, understanding of SPC and FDC, ability to interact with Operations and Engineering personnel, and ability to satisfy safety, performance, and reliability requirements.
