MWR Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities

• Perform necessary preparations in assigned dining area prior to opening, including setting tables with cloths, silverware, glasses, condiments, napkins, and decorations.
• Prepare back-up tables with supplements such as butter, ice, coffee, fruits, juices, salads, and breads.
• Become familiar with the daily menu, offer suggestions to guests when requested, record their selections, and submit orders to the kitchen for preparation.
• Serve side dishes, including salads, fruit dishes, bread, wine, or other beverages.
• After meals are completed, clear and clean tables and the immediate area, then reset tables for the next guests.
• Perform other related duties as required.
