About the role
The Department of Radiology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track.
Responsibilities
- Daily clinical supervision and teaching of residents and fellows during readouts and conferences
- Participating in interdisciplinary conferences with clinical sub-specialties
- Teaching medical students rotating through the Department of Radiology at HUP, PPMC, PAH, and PAVMC
- Providing clinical service in PF, CT, MRI, arthrograms/joint aspirations
- Competent in diagnostic MSK US and image-guided tumor biopsies
- Participation in the Musculoskeletal Imaging off-hours on-call program, including evenings, nights, and weekends
Requirements
- American Board of Radiology certification or eligibility with sub-specialty training in MSK Radiology
Qualifications
- M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree
